Service Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Clients will not be able to reschedule or make any changes to their own appointments online after the 48 hour Booking Window. Otherwise prior to 48 hours clients may rebook their own appointments online through VAGARO BOOKING APP OR WEBSITE. HOW TO REQUEST TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so ONLINE THREW YOUR VAGARO ACCOUNT. You can easily get to your Vagaro Account by either DOWNLOADING THE VAGARO APP or through your SIMPLY ME SKIN CARE BOOKING CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. The app is very helpful and very user friendly! *You may also CALL us at (714) 660-0700. --> PLEASE NOTE: (Text / E-mail Requests are accepted ONLY by those who are Physically or Mentaly unable to call)We require a minimum of 48-hours notice. You can cancel your appointment online through vagaro or call or text us at (714) 660-0700. WE ENFORCE A STRICK CANCELATION POLICY. IF YOU HAVEA MEDICAL OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION IS KEY. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU The following fees may be assessed at our discretion:

More than 48 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.
Less than 48 hours notice: $50 will be charged, This includes cancelations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to show without notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.

Product Refund Policy: PRODUCT REFUND POLICY We have carefully chosen all of our products. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase please return the UNUSED item with a dated receipt within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly return or exchange the item. Every Client has the option to ask to test a product on they're skin before they leave the spa. It is on the client to ask for a tester sample if available. Not all products are available for testing. We cannot issue cash refunds. Unopened items returned after 10 days with proof of purchase will be refunded either store credit or and EVEN EXCHANGE. DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS. NOTE - A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult Simply Me Skin Care and provide all requested documents and a detailed description of they're skin prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product. Simply Me Skin Cares Licensed staff reserves the right to deny a "adverse reaction" claim upon their assessment.
